5.0 out of 5 stars A super cute and thoughtful kid's book that's sure to spark conversation (and dancing!)

Through an engaging story and bold, beautiful artwork, "God Don't Have No Grandma" encourages kids (and adults) to join Sheddy on Grandma's couch and learn to ask deep and meaningful questions about God. The book is also paired with a super fun and catchy song that will surely get kids thinking, singing, and dancing. And as someone who studied theology, I also appreciated how the author uses a concrete, real, and down-to-earth story to introduce the normally stuffy and abstract topic of the aseity of God, which you might find in a systematic theology text book. This would make a great baby shower/kid's birthday gift!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great conversation starter

Loved the way this story was put together. It's a great approach to start a conversation with a young child about God and get their mind going, allowing them to ask questions. The song at the end is great for going through the days of the week and what occurred each day.
